Not sure, but the guy he stole the idea from was actually a Southern Russian doctor Cohen used to have. There is also a possibility that he stole it from a Turkish guy. However, Kazakhs might be Turks, they are highly influenced by Russians. Real Kazakh impression is actually not funny... All they do is eat horse and live in Nomadic tribes.
