Homebrew Man, this is a bit worry some

So for that past week or so now, my 2ds has been having a bit of an issue where it picks up a partial bit of the data on my micro SD card and yet.. none of my other applications are loading in either, this includes the custom firmware like FBI, Checkpoint, Bootfirm, etc. I don't wanna lose anythin' so hopefully I get a header of some sort from someone here. Thank you in advance.
(P.S the image attached displays the theme I got from HShop, as well as Bomberman)

Insert the sd card into your pc and see if the 32 character folder inside the "Nintendo 3DS" folder is still there. If not, then the sd card got corrupted..
Next step is to backup all the contents of the sd card into somewhere safe on your pc, then checking the sd card with h2testw to see it's not faulty or fake (with the read & write setting). If it passes successfully, format it with Guiformat as fat32 32kb cluster size (64kb cluster size if it's a +64GB sd card), then copy all the contents back from your pc and test again.
