Hacking Making VHBL on 3.60 for 3.61 vita?

Ok so i have 2 vitas. 1 blank(NoPsn) 3.60. and 1 accidentally updated to 3.61. Can i make a vhbl bubble on my 3.60 vita and put the memory card in the 3.61 vita with the same account with the vhbl bubble still working?
