Hacking Homebrew Make a Pandora?

Ok well my friend wants to mod his psp and he has like 3 batteries so we want to know how to make a pandora

We dont have any CW modded psp so is it still possible to use pandora on his psp using only the pc?

if he has a spare psp battery which you wont use at all then you can hardmod it into becoming a pandora battery and you can make a magic memstick easily
after downgrading to the incomplete 1.5fw on the magic memstick upgrade to an m33 CW

Damn now that i think about it, he might have lost his batteries when he changed room with his brother(his brother likes to steal and hide crap) so know where we can buy some batteries?
