PS1/2 Make a FMCB memcard?

I don't own a Action replay or anything that would make it possible for me to softmod a ps2. So I was hoping someone could do it for me and I would buy it off them for like $10 or so. I'm not all sure if making this kind of request is against forums rules but I think I read someone making that suggestion so I just assumed that this is okay. I'm sorry to the mods if its not.

I got someone on there to do it and did a fine job, and I highly recommend it. Loads of people use it, and it's perfectly legit and stuff.
