There isn't one for example I could be trusted to do this but would I do it no, because if you get banned somehow I don't wanna take anyones shit. Just buy a cheap game and rip the header with the Gateway Menu and Gateway rom patcher or use a power saves. Also from what I understand it would be against the rules.

It's indeed against the rules. I'm not sure why as it's nothing illegal, but I guess since GBAtemp now receives review samples of games they have to avoid anything that would piss off publishers.

It may be against the rules... But, sometimes, countries can treat their citizens like crap. We have a 400% sales tax on all electronics like games and systems here in the Philippines. It's rather inconvenient. I'm not saying break the rules, I'm saying I can't blame some people.

Well yeah. I just checked some sites but even the cheapest game is 10-20$. Plus the dongle...

Well... Sadly I just got banned today thou using "private headers" bought from a seller not from here.
So I have to wait out now 2 weeks?
What do you think what should I do after the unban?

Than you got a header that wasn't private at all, it was shared or sold to also a bunch of other people. You should contact that seller for a refund. But than again I'm sure he also stated its not a sure thing

Yeah most likely. But now I dont know what should I do now... So 2 weeks and unban right? But if they ban again its over?

Never just "buy" "private" headers from people online. There's literally no way you can guarantee it isn't also used by someone else.

Okay. So I contacted with the guy and he is saying the problem is that I "didnt told him" I am from the EU and he gave me an US header. But if I am correct you shouldnt get banned just by using an other region header?

I can easily extract "private" headers from games since I never play online on 3DS anyway.
But I'm going to be a dick head and use them all for me.

Seriously, just buy a game and rip the header from that.
Or save up and purchase retail games.

Okay but does it actually true what he said? Like if I am from the EU and he sent me an US header then thats why it got me banned?
This is important because if yes then he is clearly a scammer...

Possibly, there's been stories of people getting banned playing MHX online out of region.
