It means your path is not valid or your "Game ID" is already exist,

I cant use this since I don't have a romfs.bin file but I have a romfs folder

I tried removing it from my context menu when I was done and i'm left with this error - Registry key has subkeys and recursive removes are not supported by this method.
Now I can't get it out so plz help. This is the exception in the log

Delete registry key here:- Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell\Patch Game ID
