This is how I have mine setup. Here's my luma folder.

Notice the bottom two lines point to specific splash screens. Also, dunno if it matters, but this is the CtrBootmanager9 that I'm using. https://github.com/OperationNT414C/CtrBootManager/releases/tag/V9

Fair point, but it's not just a CTR theme. It's also a splash screen. I posted both, what's wrong with posting both? The luma splash screen and ctr theme match anyways for people who like to match. The only reason that particular post only had a9hl config in it because I was answering a question for someone. But I'll gladly post my CTR theme in the other thread as well, I'm still keeping my splash screen here and I'm not snipping my post as I don't see it necessary. If a mod asks me I'll do so.

Here's my first custom splash.

I used @SonicHyuga splash screen as reference and add a description to my Payloads button layout. Removed Uncart because the last version of Decrypt9 can dump cartridge games and add a gateway button because I can use Gateway again on Luma thanks to @Temptress Cerise guide
