Homebrew Madworld problems?

vI burned Madworld to a Maxell DVD+R (May be hard to believe, but DVD-R gives me either a "No DVD" or "DVD 345" error) and since I got the 002 Error, I downloaded and installed the Gecko 002 Fix, and it ran. But there two instances of which I have encountered when I get a black screen with white lettering saying "The game disc could not be read. Please refer to the Wii operations manual" or something along those lines. One, is in the intro scene for the game. A Woman says something like "As you can see behind me", and then she stops, it repeats the same skip, and then I get the error. To fix it, I skipped the cutscene and it played fine for a long time, until just beyond the spinning thing you throw enemies in, and ot did the same thing there. Any help?
