Haha, I was about to ask him to do the same thing. Sounds like it's a piracy fix that allows the game to run (albeit without being able to save) on the cards listed.

He sent me a message and I translated everything so I'm guessing he'll post it later. It's a piracy fix but the game is only able to be saved on DSTTi Flash Type cards. The game is able to run but not save on the cards listed at the top, and not run at all at the ones on the bottom.

[Made in Ore ROM Patch v1.0 NAND Save fix. for DSTTi]

Binaly Patch Download

Rename the Made in Ore NDS file to Original.nds, put it in the same folder as Patch.exe and then run Patch.exe.
When you patch Original.nds, it'll be backed-up and renamed as Original.old.

Right now I'm figuring out how to get it work for all Flash Type DSTTi's so please wait!

Well you can add EDGE with firmware 1.45 to the NON-working list.

As mentioned, you get two beautifully well lit black screens.
