I've received a SanDisk microsd 4 GB SDCH class 2 and still the same problem. I think it is a bug of M3i Zero and not a problem of the micro sd cards
I don't know what more can I do

When I got home after work I tried the M3i Zero in a DS Lite and DSi, neither of which was fully charged and it worked fine with both. If I plug my DSi XL into the wall outlet and charge it, sleep mode works perfectly fine.

Natorius said:Just a small update, I went out to Best Buy and bought a cheap Micro SD card, 9.99 for a 2gb one just to find out whether or not it would work. Loaded it up and it is now sleeping properly even though my XL only has half a battery left.
The brand I got was PNY if anyone else is interested in trying one out.
I've emailed both M3 Adapter and the place I got my card from, M3 says they haven't been able to duplicate the error and the place I ordered from said they'd be looking into it. I'll post in the thread if they end up finding anything out, for the time being though I'll just stick with the 2gb card.

Natorius said:I'm not sure if they make a slower than Class 2 card that is still Micro SDHC, the 4gb one I was using was Class 2, correct me if I'm wrong though, just don't want you to waste money if that's not it.

Natorius said:It appears that using the 2gb PNY MicroSD card just gave me more battery life that the XL would go to sleep in. Once I dipped under probably about 50% battery life it is back to not sleeping with either the 2gb card or the 4gb Sandisk MicroSDHC Class 2 card.
At this point I'm just going to give this card to my girlfriend since she's using a DSi and isn't going to upgrade, since M3 won't acknowledge that this is a problem.

Yes, I wouldn't have posted if I wasn't using an XL and M3i Zero.
