Hacking M3I zero red light flashes only 3-4 times

Hey Guys,
This is my second fail attempt at an M3I zero, I have been very unlucky!

I bought my first M3I zero about two months ago, and out of the box it didn't work. The first one i bought flashed perfectly fine but once inserted into the DSI, it wouldn't detect the cartridge. It owuld say no Cartridge is inserted into the slot.

So i returned the card, and the website didn't even refund me.

I order again another one, and now with this one I am having another issue, every time i try to flash the card the red light just flashed 3-4 times and then stops flashing. Or sometimes the light is Red Solid, no flashing.

I have tried different SD Card, Formatted them in different ways with different cluster size/different formats(fat32, fat16). I have also tried getting the F_core.dat from different websites but still the same. No luck!

Does anyone have anything in mind that I may have missed out?

have you tried the very latest fcore from handheldsources.net?
there are some newer models of m3izero that only work with the latest fcore and FW.

I tried the F_core.dat from filetrip, and http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ but no luck. The F_core.dat that I am using is 1.4. but still the same. Anything else i should try?
