Hacking m3i zero firmware question

On linfoxdomain, there is a link for a new FCORE v1.7.2, but underneath this link is another for
M3i Zero firmware G003 SH1

can anyone please tell me what this other link is for? Is it anything else to help solve the problems with the GMP-Z003 card?
And if i do download it, where would i save it to? Just the root of my SD card, or into the system file or NDS file with my games?

Any advice would be great
