ROM Hack M3 Sakura on the Cyclod?

Hello,
I went to the Cyclod forum and they gave me a file that allowed me to put the sakura program into my DS(it said error while loading but still went through)
It's in japanese and when I try to boot up a rom it freezes. Can anyone help confirm if it is possible to use this on my cyclod or is the person who made this claim just attempting to put sakura file into a cyclod though it is not permitted? Also, if there is actually an English version for the cyclod?

m3sakura officially shouldn't work on anything other than m3real and m3sakura cards.
you have a hacked version, which lacks some functions(among which commercial rom support)

if you want it to be in english, just download any random user-created skin.
the ones made here are all in english.
