Hacking M3 Game Manager Problem

when I go to my M3 Game Manager. But now when I try to press Write. Sav and then I click a .sav on my desktop, it freezes and cancels out. I don't know if this is because I converted it from a 511.5 KB G6 (.0) Save, or is it because it is suppose to be 257KB, and mine is 256KB. Any ideas?
