Hacking M3 Freezing

This is an interesting one. I've tried to reformat twice already and tried it with both 1.05 and 1.06. For some mysterious reason all my games like to freeze right after I open my DS from sleep mode. The games run fine as long as I keep the DS open. But if I have to close it for any length of time then open it up, it freezes up soon after.

I'm using a Kingston 1gig card. The label on the back says made in Taiwan, SDC/1GBCR

Edit: It was working only up to a couple days ago. My cousins simply's all can close up and restart just fine.

Just an update. I reformatted the disk, this time two things were different.
1. I had rolled back to some older saves (this was by accident... of course

)
2. No themes installed this time around.

And you know what. So far, all is AOK. I've got my fingers crossed

just as an update, it's started up again. I have no clue why.
