Hacking Luma3ds Parental Controls Not Setting Software Rating

I have a faulty 3D slider on my O3DSXL, so, I enabled the parental controls to disable 3D images and only give me the option to enable on launching software.

Now it sets up Software ratings too which I've changed to enable all and none and both have the same effect, 3DS still asks me to enter the pin on certain software. FBI, OOT, Majoras Mask and Luigis Mansion are the ones I can think of off the top of my head that continually ask for the pin.

Am I doing something wrong here or is that just how it works?\

Forgot to mention, running menuhax with emunand(11.0)

same thing happened to me too with homebrew cias and out of region games

Ye, think you're right, using the same CIA's on another O3DS with a9LH and Luma get the exact same results

Out of region games will do this, and some homebrew developers will compile their software so that it asks for the pin no matter what.
