ROM Hack luma plugin menu help

New Nintendo 3DS XL Louvre

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

the luma plugin loader in rosilina menu wont show i have boot.firm 9.1 on it and it still wont show
