when i have ctgp7 on my 3ds i have plugin loader luma /rosilina menu when i delete ctgp7 plugin loader goes away how do i keep plugin loader without having it go away

ok so put the boot.firm on payloads on luma and then hold power and start and boot from boot.firm 9.1 and you will be good
