Hardware Luma help

Never ever follow video tutorials. Use 3ds.guide (because it is trusted source and everyone follows it with great success):
Section VI - CTRNAND Luma3DS
  1. Reboot holding (Start) during boot to launch GodMode9
  2. When prompted to create an essential files backup, press (A) to do so, then press (A) to continue once it has completed
  3. Navigate to [0:] SDCARD
  4. Press (Y) on boot.firm to copy it
  5. Press (B) to return to the main menu
  6. Navigate to [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND
  7. Press (Y) to paste a copy of boot.firm
  8. Select “Copy path(s)”
  9. Press (A) to unlock SysNAND (lvl1) writing, then input the key combo given
  10. Press (B) to decline relocking write permissions if prompted
  11. Press (B) to return to the main menu
  12. Navigate to [0:] SDCARD
  13. Press (Y) on the luma folder to copy it
  14. Press (B) to return to the main menu
  15. Navigate to [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND -> rw
  16. Press (Y) to paste a copy of the luma folder from your SD card
  17. Select “Copy path(s)"
Once all the files are in CTRNAND, you should boot without SD.
