Never ever follow video tutorials. Use 3ds.guide (because it is trusted source and everyone follows it with great success):
    Section VI - CTRNAND Luma3DS
    1. Reboot holding (Start) during boot to launch GodMode9
    2. When prompted to create an essential files backup, press (A) to do so, then press (A) to continue once it has completed
    3. Navigate to [0:] SDCARD
    4. Press (Y) on boot.firm to copy it
    5. Press (B) to return to the main menu
    6. Navigate to [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND
    7. Press (Y) to paste a copy of boot.firm
    8. Select “Copy path(s)”
    9. Press (A) to unlock SysNAND (lvl1) writing, then input the key combo given
    10. Press (B) to decline relocking write permissions if prompted
    11. Press (B) to return to the main menu
    12. Navigate to [0:] SDCARD
    13. Press (Y) on the luma folder to copy it
    14. Press (B) to return to the main menu
    15. Navigate to [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND -> rw
    16. Press (Y) to paste a copy of the luma folder from your SD card
    17. Select “Copy path(s)"
Once all the files are in CTRNAND, you should boot without SD.
