Luma error and update

it's not detecting the boot.firm. put the sd card back in, boot into godmode, then check if the file sizes are identical between both boot.firm and that the boot.firm is on the root of the ctrnand. this time, you might want to delete it first.

Through Godmode9, boot.firm is only on SD(NO LABEL) should I just copy and paste it to the SYSNAND CTRNAND from there? Cause there isn't a ctrnand on the sd card, just on godmode. Unless I was supposed to attach the boot.firm to the CTRTransfer folder from the sd card?

yeah, the ctrnand is your internal memory. it's not on the sd card. copy and paste from the sd card to the root of that ctrnand folder you see.

Dude, just follow the steps in the img below, it is in the guide, and you weren't supposed to do it manually..
Make sure the latest Luma3DS file is in the root of the sd card.

Yeah I did that as I was getting godmode9 back into the system, so I just do that again and it'll reboot luma3ds? I know this is tiring and this thread is already long as it is, I'm just trying to make sure I'm doing this right and that everthing is in order.

Yeah I did that
Really?
as I was getting godmode9 back into the system
What? GodMode9 is IN the system, and you only need to put the latest Luma3DS file on CTRNAND, so it'd boot correctly when you turn on the system without an sd card inserted. That's it.
so I just do that again and it'll reboot luma3ds?
Do what again? If you did follow the steps correctly and installed the latest Luma3DS on CTRNAND, then yes, all you need is reboot the system and it'll show you the Luma3DS menu, click A on "show nand or user settings.." and press Start.

Earlier in the thread, I said I originally deleted the godmode9 file that was in luma/payloads because in step 5 of the A9LH to B9S source, it said it wasn't going to be compatible with boot9strap compatible luma3ds versions. The godmode9 menu opens now and I have already set the luma3ds configuration menu as it shows on the picture you've provided, only difference with mine is that it says luma3ds v10.3 configuration and it doesn't have the new 3DS CPU but that's probably because my device is a 2ds.

My confusion with putting the latest Luma3DS file on CTRNAND, was figuring out whether to do that from the sd card or from godmode9, that's why I was asking if I needed to run by those steps again. Although I did those steps top to bottom in restoring/updating CFW Section III and Finalizing setup section VI would there have been a problem if I had done those steps twice? If not then would it help to do it now since I have installed luma3ds from the universal updater?
godmode goes in ctrnand/rw/luma/payloads. if you have fast boot, you can put them anywhere.
On Godmode, I see its already in ctrnand/rw/luma/payloads,

you needed to use godmode in order to copy and paste the boot.firm. that's essentially what the script is doing, but it's very easy to do yourself.
I copied boot.firm from the CTRTransfer, do I copy or move paths in SYSNAND CTRNAND? I'm doing this through godmode9

No, as long as you used the latest Luma3DS boot.firm file and not the old one.
If not then would it help to do it now since I have installed luma3ds from the universal updater?
You've already done it, to check boot the system without the sd card and see if it shows Luma3DS v10.3.

just copy. however, you're supposed to copy it from the sd card to the ctrnand (both on the root).
Sorry that's what I meant when I said if I needed to put boot.firm in the CTRTransfer folder, it's the closest thing I have to ctrnand. Here is a screenshot of the files I have on the sd card:
