Basically what the title says. I recently installed B9S successfully (GodMode9 launched properly, moved firm to NAND), but today I went to launch Gm9 by holding start on boot. Instead, the screen flashed briefly, heard a minor "pop" sound from the speakers and the N3DS booted as per usual.

I can run everything on it, there are no issues as to that, the main issue is that Luma's payload launcher does not work. Any ideas?

- I had my microsd formatted to FAT32 with 64K clusters, reformatted it to 32K clusters, did not help
- Starting Gm9 off by placing it in the root of the sd works, though I'd rather not switch every time I want to launch linux's payload.

Still nothing, did what I needed to do with Gm9 but only by switching the payload manually, still can't launch Luma's payload switcher.

Hold select on boot of 3ds

It boots Luma settings, START = bootchain loader

You have to press START before pressing the power button though

Yeah, hold START before pressing power. Screen flashes, pop, boots into 3DS like nothing happened

Hm, just one thing, you don't need the GM9 sha.

I know, doesn't make a difference if you still have it in the folder

Is the boot9strap payload in the CTRNAND root?

Oh wow, I think I solved my mystery, gimmie a second. Payload is on NAND yes, but the Gm9 one isn't, since Luma reads off NAND now instead of the SD itself

EDIT: Kai, so moving Gm9 to NAND's luma folder did not help.

It's a random file that has no purpose there. That's all I'm saying.

JFC thank fuck I solved it. All 3DS's that run Luma3DS on B9S must move their payloads to CTRNAND\rw\luma\payloads

They shouldn't have to. All of mine are on my SD and I don't have this problem.

Edit: Oh, well duh. You're primarily using your NAND as Luma's location.

Only if you don't have Luma's boot.firm on the SD. I would suggest keeping it on SD even if you copy it to NAND so that you can more easily manage payloads and such.

Well, guide tells you to move it to NAND, and it's more convenient that way tbh, but yeah, rip, should've seen it, although I did try it first thing to move it to rw/luma, but it didn't work, now it does

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
