Luma and twilight menu settings help please…

Two questions, one about luma settings and the other about twilightmenu settings on my new3dsxl

1.) why aren’t all the luma3ds (v13.1.2) settings saving? Changing the screen temp works fine but enabling higher clock and cache seem to reset even after saving. Whenever I open a new game or return to menu it resets.

2.) in twilight menu (v 27.7.0 , bootstrap version 1.6.2) where is the universal settings for vram , dsi mode and cpu speed? I can only see them on a game by game basis but it has a default setting so… where it at.

I think those settings won't save if they're changed in Rosalina menu instead of the Luma config menu.

The universal settings have been removed some versions ago, since changing them would affect game compatibility, so now they can only be changed per-game.
The default settings are:

• VRAM mode: DS mode
• Run in: DS mode for NTR-type titles, DSi mode for TWL-type titles
• ARM9 CPU Speed: 67mhz for DS mode run setting, 133mhz for DSi mode run setting
