Hardware Low Firmware 3DS System Value?

I've come into contact with some Low Firmware 3DS systems, and XLs in the past couple days, and I've been wondering what the general consensus is on the value of them.

I obviously only need one, and think it would be a good idea to see what the general going price is.

Same price as any other used or new 3ds.

If you're talking North American eBay prices, then a normal-sized low firmware 3DS in good condition is worth about USD120. Don't pay more than $130 unless you want a limited edition console or a brand new one.

XL prices vary a lot more. But looking at recently sold used units they seem to be worth about $150 to $180, depending on what's included and the color of the housing.

If it is one lower or = on 4.5 it's worth more because it's gateway compatible.

If it's below 4.5 I'd say at least its doubled original price ($249.99x2 = at least $499.98) because you can use a Gateway and save that amount with many zeros.

Now that I wrote what everyone wanted to read I can tell you that no, it's not worth more than an used 3DS. Maybe 50 more bucks at best?
