Hardware Lost free block in system memory

I have updated to 4.2E (without boot2v4) Wii, and after installing couple WiiWare games and channels for USBloader - in result I have about 300(!) free block in system memory ! How I can find - what stored in system memory (only what I can delete) - some tools for view memory usage etc ?

if you're on 4.2, why not move your wiiware to SD? the wii's internal memory is severly lacking so you'll only be able to have a few channels on there at a time....

ya, you didnt loose them. you just used them up with wiiware. moveing them to the sd card is the way to go.

I think a firmware update does take up some space (in Waninkoko updater there is always a warning about free space)
