Hey so I know everyone here is incredibly smart with making mods but I would love to mod dragon ball kakarot on switch but I been finding it very difficult to get any mod To work I been trying with models that are already in the game but are only usable during certain segments in the game like whis gi etc but I want to be abks to use it though the whole game just like pc players do I already have the files to do it only problem is I dont know how to make it show up in games as I have tried the pc way etc but no luck as it uses .pak file format any help will be greatly appreciated.

Those games are not using the same engine. Don't recommend any tool related to any Monster Hunter release. Period.

Kakarot is using Unreal Engine 4.

Textures needs reswizzling and resizing.
Audio needs reconverting to supported codec.
And any code injection requires completely new approach specific to Switch release. If you know nothing about reverse engineering, then you won't do anything.

yeah…hence the disclaimer at the beginning. i haven’t uh…reswizzled anything before.

well im in the game files here there are only 2 files in paks one called pakchunk0-Switch.pak the other pakchunk1-Switch.pak first one is 4gb in size the other 2gb in size paks is where on the pc verison you change outfits/skins so any help be nice i don't know how to open it.

i tried using your tool problem is I don't know what verison of the unreal engine it is running on i tried what you told me to use 1.check but i get this

My guess is you missed first point of second tab...
1. Copy *.pak file you want to check to unpacked UnrealPakSwitch folder.

Please don't shortcut tutorial...

i can't understand you're post so im going to call it quits here im way in over my head leave it to the people who got taught how to use this shit man because i know i can't do it sorry about this but im new to making mods for a game port as this is not as easy as hades which took the person a hour to learn how to mod it so im done.
