Hacking looking for trustworthy site to buy from

i'm looking for a trustworthy site to buy a r4 flash card for ds games on my 3ds. for roughly $20 or under a flash cart and that takes paypal or trustworthy with debit card.

Paypal don't allow their service to be used to sell modchips and flashcarts. If you email the seller he might accept Paypal discretely.
