ROM Hack Looking for DS developers and Graphics designers

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a few DS homebrew coders and graphics designers for a new game I would like to make together with you. It has to be some kind of MMORPG (mafia style), a bit like www.bootleggers.us, but then for the nintendo DS offcourse.
Can this be done by using a web server for the stats etc (PHP and mysql database) and the DS for the processing and actions.

Regarding homebrew programs/games, DS programming questions etc
Would be better answered/seriously in this community

Although, they are more serious when it comes to stuff like this. So I would suggest rewriting a better presentation of the project if you are going to post there.

EDIT: Yes, you are capable of having a web server for recording stats etc via PHP and mysql database. I've seen one or two homebrew games with that feature.
