You can't go to 9.2 and up with sysnand after getting your otp file when going down to 2.1.

i dont find the 2.1 eur update on the web just the 2.0;can i use 2.0 firmware ?because the methode of otp are easy for me

This build works. You have to compile it manually.
And, you won't see any cfw menus when you turn on your 3ds. Just black screen.
So you have to select patches and toggle autoboot using your memory.

You need to modify the cake options without screen (using your memory) or with another new3ds configure the options and copy the cake folder to your SD.
