Hacking Looking for a program

I had a NDS rom program where one of the features was instead of a (unknown file) icon for a .nds file It instead used the icon that the DS uses I lost all my stuff when my harddrive got wiped and I dont remember what program it is. If you know please help. (also if this is the wrong place for such a thing I apologize for it in advance)
