we do need one right now, since few month ago.

lots of recent ROM cannot be run without patching it or cracking ... ( at least for JP ROM)

just remember, AKAIO is develop by a non-profit group, which they do whatever they want, and official firmware is dead....

so would you suggest buying R4 for 13 bucks with YSMenu? Same deal and same problem here...
the only difference is the name...Acekard and R4...

for its support, no.

I am having troubles loading the latest JP-ROM.

and its menu is clearly hard to flip around compare to Sakura Firmware.

plus some weird slow down once in awhile in moonshell, it does not happen in M3 Sakura....

If you think keep patching rom works for you, go ahead..

most of the ROM after patch is will lead to unable to go through WiFi or Wireless ...

and some other ROM still unsolved, such as idolM@ster..

if you are patient enough to wait for a patch(even when it will not even be exist), go ahead a grab a acekard...
if not, then get something else....

(somehow, R4 clone actually have a good support right now)
