Looking for a homebrew for xpecific game languages selection

Ok so its simple... some games like Zelda you can change the voice language in menu but everything else is set depending on the console language, is there a homebrew or option that i dont know about that let me select a specific system language for each individual game? i know there is one for 3ds but dunno if one exist for switch.

I remember seeing one on the HB Shop, sadly I don't have mine on hand to check out
I think it was something like Locale Switcher or something
