There's a thread in this r4 forum with some, try searching.

Personally, I use a 'mario pipe' one I cobbled together from Litium's super mario advance 4 R4 theme (which I've also edited).

GBA frame (shown here in PNG format, click it to download/show BMP version which is what the R4 etc use)


Just for curiosity's sake here's what Litium's theme looks like (with my edits, I no longer have the original spanish version which is still available on NDSthemes.com).

    i like how im not supposed to be at the registers at work now because i said "oh fuck" when dropping some money, appearently the person who gave me the money told my mom that i was cussing her out witch inturn is the reason im not supposed to do registers
