To tell you the truth, I've not once played a Resident Evil game..are they any good?

The Resident evil games are good but to be honest you could more than likely buy a second hand ps1 and an original copy of resi (which ever one you want ) for about 20 quid , which is less than the 35 quid we will be getting ripped off with for this game, add into that its a gamecube port and you might as well just buy the gamecube version and a gc controller.

resi 4?? on the wii was good
unbrella corp was so shite its unbelieveable.
dont know about the rest as i havent played them.

Most RE games are good, there are a few that i didn't like (umbrella chronicles, Outbreak 1 & 2 and all the other stupid spin off titles) but as for the main titles they where some solid games. I actually wouldn't mind a remake of 2 for the Wii

Umbrella chronicles is the best of the RE games imo - the rest are just boring games with crap controls, using gore to sell itself due to a lack of real substance.

I realise I'm in a minority with that opinion though. =]
