Hacking Question Local Play on a CFW Switch

Hello

I wanted to know is it safe for a CFW Switch to use LAN (Router not connected to internet) play with a non CFW switch? I just want to make sure nothing will happen to my CFW Switch. Both Switches are on the same FW version and games are on the same versions also.
