Hacking Load you DS fast

I ever saw a video on youtube about a tool wich loads a DS fast. I want to get this tool but don't know the name.
It's a handle wich you can put on your DS, then you whirl the handle.
Do you know the name of this tool and a place (for Europe) where I can buy one?

Nvm.. I've found the video. It says it's the most pointless DS tool ever. xD it doesn't load fast.

It's actually called "loading your battery" in some languages so don't blame him for not knowing that it's recharging in English.
