Homebrew List of PAlib functions?

Im currently learning the C++ language in order to program DS homebrew, and it would help quite a lot if i knew the function names
and function meanings of PAlib. Is there a list of them on a wiki or site? If there is would you reply to this and post the link?

Though imho, if your just learning C++ I would suggest starting somewhere not on a console.

Maybe get a good compiler+opengl, and try making a copy of tetris/tic-tac-toe on your computer first.
