Is there a list of games protected by the new Metaforic AP system?

I'm not sure there are any. If it's as effective as they say, then we would have heard by now if any releases were protected by Metaforic. If it's not as effective as they say, then perhaps games came out with this system but the system isn't working. It's hard to say, really.

There were a couple......"COP: The Recruit" is the only one I remember.

Just curious, why did you ask for a list of games protected by the Metaforic AP system?
