I intstalled whiite linux on my Wii, but when it loads (still black and white writing and all), it asks for a login i login using.

    username: root
    Password :whiite

and then it would give information on my last login?, but it doesnt look like an operating system or anything like that at all, just like a cmd? full of commands?

    thanks in advance

you need a version with X if you expect a GUI. Google "xwhiite" or "bliight" and you'll find a couple of distros with X included...

you need xwhiite for a graphic interface. That install works for pal users fine.

Maybe you should read up here on Wiibrew for info about the various distros.

BTW your internet connection sounds balls [IMG]
