Homebrew Link to the SD Copy thing?

Sorry to ask, but I've been searching here for a while and couldn't find it.
I need a link to that tool that allows you to copy over the entire SD save into a img. file.
My card is dying, and big surprise...after buying a new one, the 3DS can't read it. So I got a new micro card, and am trying to transfer stuff over to it, combined with the new Card holder.

Using Windows. My computer literally froze the first time I was typing this...
And yes, I even extracted it. I'm on 9.2 - Sys, and 10.5 - Emu
I wont be using my 3DS now, for a while, cause the new SD card doesn't even work, and the one I had worked before I removed it, so I messed myself up.

I'm really frustrated.

Edit - Oh wait sorry, just remembered your 3DS can't read the SD card any more. In that case Win32DiskImager is the correct option
