Hacking link new psn account to an already hacked vita?

I bought a PS Vita on Ebay and it came already hacked (3.65 with Enso). The seller forgot to unlink his/her PSN account from the device and I'm pretty unfamiliar with it still. Is there a way to unlink their PSN account and create a new one without unhacking it or formatting the entire console?
