Man, all you guys are lucky. I had to find out where the buttons were using paint (x and y), I had to count the size of each screen and button, and I had to make my buttons seem transparent since I'm not sure how to make a bmp transparent.. Was I missing some coordinates or am i just stupid?

yes it does look smoother.... but like 70% of it is ripped off of microsoft, yours looks like you actually did most of it...

Um... Have you been using the skin creator tool given in the 1st post?

Try that, it should simplify things for you...

I did all of mine,except the backgrounds, and the pictures in the frames, other than that It was all me

Kk, Let me just put them on my Photobucket. I only have to do the Cheat Icons then make sure the menu buttons are perfect.

if you read through all of the posts, you would see that I have said twice already the dimensions for each image.

I will say it again here, but I think an admin should put this information on the first post atleast:

bottom.bmp and top.bmp = 256px x 192px

menu-icons.bmp = 128px x 192px

cheat-icons.bmp = 32px x 48px

scrollbar.bmp = 8px x 64px

the only thing you really need the program for is generating the skin.xml for your skin, but that can be done easily enough by hand, for example here is mine:

so to make a complete skin you need:
skin.xml
top.bmp
bottom.bmp
menu-icons.bmp
cheat-icons.bmp
scrollbar.bmp

the icons on the menu-icons.bmp are each 64x64px and laid out as follows

games hover | games normal
media hover | media normal
prefs hover | prefs normal

the icons on the cheat-icons.bmp are each 16x16px and laid out as follows
CODEfolder closed | folder open
big disabled | big enabled
small disabled | small enabled
