Level256 Network is another network that revives the 3DS online servers. For now they support Yo-kai Watch games and Animal Crossing New Leaf.

This is excellent coming from me. The last time I touched Pretendo, they've stated that Animal Crossing New Leaf doesnt have support yet and is getting it in the future. This was around the times where the 3DS/wii had just been finished.

Maybe it's because there's a lot of data to process and not enough staff to do it. From the beginning, there was no estimated time when a game would be opened to the public by Pretendo. So, if there was an alternative like this, it would be easier.

They should merge with Pretendo since they both have the same goals. Or have the developers of both sides say otherwise? I hope not.

I can't believe I didn't hear about this until now! And I hope they do NOT merge with Pretendo because the Japanese are much more lenient about censorship in games. It's your game, you get to do what you want. Just the way it should be!

Americans and Europeans LOVE censorship circa 2014. If they feel someone will be even slightly offended by something, they cancel that person and deplatform them. The Japanese don't do that.

Yes. Pretendo and ACNL players in general LOVE bandwaggoning. I am of the firm belief that you can do WHATEVER you want in your own game, and the Japanese generally share this value. If you bought it, it's yours to do with what you please.

It's done by a different team and with different methods. Pretendo is targeting a revival project for Nintendo's online services on older consoles. Of course, merging these two different projects is unlikely to happen.

I was just saying this because I wouldn't want their to be two different online services if in case Level256 plans to expand. Wouldn't want there to be like a form of fragmentation like in the Linux Distro space.

Hi can anyone help me, i installed level 256 with the Level256Installer from Universal Updater but i dont find any method to uninstall it. I already disabled plugin loader and searched in my Plugin Folder but i didnt find anything level356 related
