Hacking LetterBomb freeze

Hello,
Been having some problems with my WII after I ran the clean up tool on the MODMII. My usbloader stopped working and I tried re hacking my WII with no luck.

I tried multiple ways, LetterBomb but it froze once I selected it the letterbomb icon, also tried trough SD card menu but there is no data showing up in the menu. When I try to load the bootmi through the homebrew channel, the screens blacks out and the blue light flashes on the console.

MY console was modded with MODMII, system is 4.3U, dark red themed, load games through USBLoader.

Do you have the boot.elf on the root of the SD card for the letterbomb exploit to load and the bootmi folder on root of SD card??
