Would Let's Tap work on an NTSC wii or do I have to change the region. If I'm using it in backuploader gamma can i just change the setting so that i can play Japanese games

you probably have to change the region and remove the update

use a program called "wiizle diizle shiizle"

or update to 3.2 install Starfall and forget about updates and region free the .iso's for life...!!!
