In general, if you get the green flash instead of a Error002 but the game doesn't load, Anti-002 is what you need.

There is no 37 with 36 option. There is an IOS 38, 37 with 38, and 38 with 60.
Sorry; 36+37 was the best option when Hermes v3 was in vogue. I think IOS37 is the one that provides instrument compatibility, so try 37+38 as 223 and see if it does the trick. 222 can be whatever you want, I think IOS38 should be fine. I'm not sure of the benefits of 38+60.
