Homebrew Legit Games side loading without cfw

Hello guys, i just saw some people posted it up in facebook providing service for legit side loading of games into 3ds, well , the main discrepancy here is that the games can be loaded without cfw and in any version!!!
Anyone has any ideas how they do it? will the games be permanent?? safe to do this to our console??

It could either be legit CIAs, a private exploit (unlikely) or just a scam (most likely).
Check if they have some listings or screenshots of games, and see if any of them are games that come bundled with some 3DS.

yeah there are doing a list of games only, other than that list, the games are not available =)
By the way i clicked into the linked posted above but there are only description, is there a thread of guiding to do this??

You could probably do this for legit cias if either snshax or heaphax were implemented. (AM:u from userland)

Most probably wont be doing this =( will be waiting for the browserhax (hopefully) to work in 10.7 =( Anyone here in Malaysia has Cubic Ninja for renting ? haha hard to find here

Thanks for your help bro, most probably will be using ninjahax or smashax as my first 2 choices, will resort to oothax if i cant find any copies of cubic ninja or super smash bros =)
