is it even possible to obtain these new evolutions?

I've searched the web but wasn't able to find any confirming information so being if anyone else has had personal experience evolving them.

I know a leaf stone evolves voltorb.
fire stone evolves grownlith
sun stone evolves petilil
still unsure about obtaining any "guardian Pokemon" such as ursaluna or kleavor
