I remember there was this exercise where you take a pen(cil) in each hand a draw a a square with both hands a the same time, but with the left hand, leave the bottom side off and with the right hand leave the left side off. I dont really remember what it proves though

Not at all.

Ambidextrous just means you're equally proficient with both hands. Being able to actually use both at once is a different skill altogether.

Same here. I can't deal cards with my right hand. Its weird. Simetimes I find myself doing things easier with my left hand, but I am right handed. My dad says my grandpa was ambi, so maybe thats it?

I'm Ambidextrous. but most things I do with my right hand by default but I find I switch to using my left without even knowing it. Like sometimes when I'm eatting. Or If i catch something thrown to me. My penmanship is horrible from my right hand and only slightly worst on my left. With a little training I could make them even.

I'm left footed tho. I lead with the left, kick with the left...think I jump off the left...

Normally this doesn´t matter for gaming, but on both the Wii and the DS it is an issue, and "Wii" (lefty´s) seem to be forgotten way too often!!

I hope some other Lefty´s will back me up on this, because I´ve given up on a couple of games just for this reason.

i do this too

i'm right handed, but i can do some things not badly with my left.

i have trained myself to play table tennis with my left hand aswell. very nearly as good as my right by now.

it takes a lot of practice but you can train to use your non-dominant arm in many activities.
